Now, this is an area I've been interested in for a long time and I haven't taken the dive to get my Real Estate License...yet! I spoke with some local real estate businesses and looked over my own information since becoming a landlord. After making money in stocks, I advocate that the next step should involve something with real estate. Out of thousands of people, I interviewed the ones that have a net worth over a million are involved in real estate. What is amazing is that you don't have to go to college.
